A 5.0-liter V8 generates massive 416 horsepower, 1 and an eightspeed Sport Direct-Shift transmission boasts lightning-fast shift timing. It employs both conventional port- and direct-fuel injection and delivers 0-to-60 mph in a searing 4.6 seconds. 1,2 It even sounds different. Above 3,600 rpm, the engine hungrily sucks in air through a large secondary intake. This unleashes a rush of even more horsepower and creates a deep, attention-grabbing roar from the quad tailpipes.
